Who controls the information
Proposer Consultants Private Limited operates Property Search and is responsible for the personal information collected through its enquiry, subscription and dashboard processes.
Information we may collect
- Name, telephone number, email and city;
- Property budget, intended use, purchase timeline and self-funding eligibility;
- WhatsApp and support communications;
- Payment, invoice and subscription activation records;
- Dashboard authentication, access and activity records; and
- Documents voluntarily supplied for a transaction or due-diligence request.
Why we use it
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, assess subscription eligibility, issue invoices, activate and secure dashboard access, provide project information, administer purchase credits, prevent misuse, maintain records and meet legal obligations.
WhatsApp communications
When a visitor starts a WhatsApp conversation, WhatsApp’s terms and privacy practices also apply. Property Search will use the conversation to answer the enquiry and administer requested services.
Sharing
Information may be shared only as reasonably required with service providers, payment processors, professional advisers, relevant developers or transaction parties, and public authorities where legally required. Property Search does not sell personal information.
Exact project information
Dashboard project information is intended for the registered subscriber. Subscribers must not misuse confidential project documents or access credentials. Detailed access controls will be implemented before the dashboard launches.
Security and retention
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards will be applied. Information will be retained only for service, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution and legal purposes, following the final retention schedule.
Your requests
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction or deletion of personal information or withdraw optional communication consent by contacting info@proposer.in.
Updates
The effective privacy notice displayed when subscriber registration becomes active will apply. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
