Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payment is not enabled yet. No subscription should be collected until the activation and acknowledgement process is operational.
Subscription amount
The total subscription tax-invoice amount is ₹2,360, comprising a ₹2,000 fee and ₹360 GST at 18%.
Before dashboard activation
If payment is received but dashboard access cannot be activated, the final operational policy must state the resolution or refund process and response timeline. This must be implemented before payment launch.
After dashboard activation
Once dashboard access has been activated, the subscription is non-cancellable and non-refundable. This includes a subscriber deciding not to proceed, being unable to purchase, or not purchasing any listed unit during the validity period.
Subscription expiry
The subscription expires on the earlier of twelve months from activation or the subscriber purchasing one eligible project unit. Expiry without a purchase does not create a refund entitlement.
Adjustment on eligible purchase
If the subscriber purchases one eligible project unit during the active term, the full ₹2,360 tax-invoice amount is credited against that unit’s purchase consideration under the written subscription and purchase terms. This credit is an adjustment on purchase, not a cash refund.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes any remedy or right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including where the service is not provided as described.
